4. Connect your Stripe account to receive payments
5. Start accepting donations and creating campaigns

For Donors

1. Browse organizations at connect2give.app/give
2. Browse campaigns at connect2give.app/campaigns
3. No account required to donate
4. Receive instant email receipts for all donations

Making a Donation

• Choose one-time or monthly recurring donations
• Enter custom amount or select preset options
• Add optional message or purpose for your donation
• Choose to donate anonymously if desired
• Option to cover processing fees so 100% goes to the organization

Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit cards via Stripe (online)
• Card swipe, chip insert, and contactless tap (in-person via Stripe Terminal)
• Cryptocurrency via ChangeNOW
• Text-to-Give (SMS donations)
• All payments are secure and PCI-compliant

Donation Fees

Organizations receive 98% of direct donations with a 2% platform fee.

Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are additional unless the donor chooses to cover fees.

Creating a Campaign

1. Go to Dashboard → Campaigns → Create Campaign
2. Add campaign title, description, and compelling story
3. Upload campaign image
4. Set fundraising goal amount
5. Choose category (Medical, Education, Emergency, etc.)
6. Set optional end date
7. Save as draft or publish immediately

Managing Campaigns

• View real-time progress and donor list
• Post updates to keep donors informed
• Edit campaign details anytime
• Pause, resume, or end campaigns
• Access detailed analytics and export donor data
• Share on social media with one click

Campaign Fees

Campaign donations have a 2% platform fee. Organizations receive 98% of campaign donations.

How It Works

Stripe Connect

Connect your Stripe account to receive payments directly. Funds are deposited according to your Stripe payout schedule (typically 2-7 business days).

In-Person Donations

Accept donations at events, services, and your office using physical card readers. Process swipe, chip insert, and contactless tap payments with Stripe Terminal.

How to Use Terminal

1. Connect your Stripe account from the dashboard
2. Purchase a card reader from Stripe ($59-$299)
3. Set up location and register reader in Stripe Dashboard
4. Access "Card Reader / Terminal" from your organization dashboard
5. Enter donation amount and purpose
6. Have donor swipe, insert, or tap their card
7. Receive instant confirmation

Terminal Fees

Platform fee: 2% (organizations receive 98%)

Stripe processing fees: 2.7% + $0.05 (lower than online rates)

One-time hardware cost: $59-$299 (no monthly fees)

Storage Tiers

Connect2Give offers flexible storage tiers to accommodate organizations of all sizes. Track your usage in real-time from the dashboard and upgrade as your organization grows.

What Counts Toward Storage

• Campaign Media: Campaign images, videos, and attachments
• Event Content: Event photos, documents, and registration files
• LinkHub Assets: Logo, background images, and custom media
• Documents: Grant proposals, tax forms, and organizational documents
• Donor Records: Each donor profile counts toward your donor limit

Usage Dashboard

Monitor your storage and donor usage in real-time from your organization dashboard. The system alerts you when approaching limits and makes it easy to upgrade your tier.

Upgrading Your Tier

Upgrade anytime from your dashboard. Billing is prorated and you gain immediate access to increased storage and donor capacity. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
