By accessing or using Connect2Give, operated by Omnipoint Technology, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Connect2Give is a fundraising and donation platform that connects donors with charitable organizations. We provide tools for organizations to accept donations, create fundraising campaigns, and offer subscription services that generate recurring support.
Organizations must register for an account to use our services. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate charitable organization to register. You must have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a donation, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Donations are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.
Direct Donations: 2% platform fee. Organizations receive 98% of donations.
Campaign Donations: 2% platform fee. Organizations receive 98% of donations.
SMS Donations (Text-to-Give): 2% platform fee. Organizations receive 98% of donations.
Subscription Services: Organizations receive 10% of monthly subscription bills.
Team Member Seats: 2 free seats per organization. Additional seats available at $20/month per seat. Billed monthly via Stripe subscription with automatic proration.
Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply to all transactions unless covered by the donor.
We provide donation receipts, but we do not provide tax advice. Consult a tax professional regarding the deductibility of your donations.

The Connect2Give platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Omnipoint Technology, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNIPOINT TECHNOLOGY, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omnipoint Technology, Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Organizations will receive any pending funds according to their Stripe payout schedule.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Omnipoint Technology, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Each organization receives 2 free team member seats. Additional seats can be purchased at $20/month per seat through a Stripe subscription. Organizations agree to:
Owner: Full access to all features including team management, billing, and organization settings. Can invite, manage, and remove team members.
Admin: Access to most features including donations, campaigns, and analytics. Can invite team members but cannot modify billing or remove the owner.
Member: View-only access to donations and campaigns. Cannot modify settings or invite team members.
Team members with organization access agree to:
Additional team seats are billed monthly via Stripe subscription. When you add or remove seats mid-billing cycle, charges are prorated automatically. Cancellation of additional seats takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The 2 free seats are always included and cannot be canceled.
